Reception begins at 6:00 p.m. with the dinner at 7:30 p.m.on Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Crowne Plaza in Concord.

Early Bird prices expire on September 5, 2015. Individual Ticket Prices go up again on September 21. All ads must be submitted by September 10, 2015.

*VIP Couple: Two tickets to dinner and VIP reception

*Table Captain: One table (Ten tickets) at the dinner and community reception

*VIP Table Captain: One table (Ten tickets) at the dinner and community reception plus two tickets to the VIP reception

*Blue Topaz Sponsorship: Table of ten plus 1/4 page ad plus 4 VIP passes

*Aquamarine Sponsorship: Table of ten plus 1/2 page ad plus 6 VIP passes

*Sapphire Sponsorship: Table of ten plus full page ad plus 10 VIP passes

*Blue Diamond Sponsorship: One and a half tables (15 seats) plus full page color ad plus 15 VIP passes. (Limited Availability)
