Removal from this office will require 2/3 of the entire voting membership and will not affect Mr. McGill's/Dr. Phinney's membership in the Committee.

NOTICE OF MOTION TO REMOVE MIKE MCGILL AS FIRST VICE CHAIR
DPCCC Bylaws, Article V' Section 4' Removal from Office

Notice is hereby given that Michael McGill be removed as First Vice Chair for good cause, because he allowed the unauthodzed withdrawal of a grant application and asserted authority to take actions without effective review by the Committee which undermined the substantial work of the DPCCC, by hampering its work, including the conduct of the Democratic campaign, impeding its control of its own activities' disturbing its well-being, and injuring its good name and reputation'

NOTICE OF MOTION TO REMOVE CAROLYN PHINNEY AS
ELECTIONS COMMITTEE CHAIR AND
SD2 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
DPCCC Bylaws, Article V section 4 Removal from Office

Notice is hereby given that Carolyn Phinney be removed as Chair of the Elections Committee and as District 2 Representative to the Executive Committee for good cause, because she claimed authority to act and to manage funds without DPCCC authorization, direction or control, withdrew without authorization a grant application which she submitted in the name of the DPCCC; violated her duties of loyalty and candor in dealing with a grant proposal made in the DPCCC's name; by failing to respect order and decorum in meetings; by sending emails (submitted in her Rules Committee complaint) that contain inaccurate accusations, offensive epithets and insults directed at her colleagues;, which actions undermining the substantial work of the DPCCC, by hampering the conduct of the Democratic campaign, impeding its control of its own activities, disturbing its well-being, and iniuring its good name and reputation.
