Contributions to the Democratic Party of Contra Costa County are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Your contribution will be used in connection with federal elections and is subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Federal law requires political committees to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200.00 in a calendar year. Contributions are limited to $5,000 per calendar year. By making this contribution, the donor certifies he/she is a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien; this contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank; this contribution is not made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor; and the funds contributed are not being provided to by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. Qualified federal candidate committees and federal PACs may also make contributions to the Democratic Party of Contra Costa County. (Federal ID #C00456764) 

Contributions to the Democratic Party of Contra Costa County to be used in connection with nonfederal (i.e., state and local) elections from a corporate and/or union entity as well as a committee qualified under the laws of the State of California are acceptable. California law permits contributions up to $7,000 per calendar year per election. (CA FPPC #990861)
